Shipping Options:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Enjoy $6.95 flat-rate shipping across the United States.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $100.
  • Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available in Comanche, Texas. Simply choose the local pickup option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Times:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Local Pickup: Orders will be ready for pickup within 24-48 hours. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Return Policy:

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
  • Eligible Items: Items must be in new condition, with tags still attached, and free from odors, smoke, pet hair, or other damage/wear/tear.
  • Ineligible Items: Accessories, intimates, leggings, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Return Method: Returns are eligible for store credit only.

How to Return:

  1. Request a Return: Email us at Hello@barbedwirelace.com to request a return.
  2. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in new condition with tags attached and free from any damage.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us using your preferred shipping method. Please note that shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit to your account.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for store credit. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Hello@barbedwirelace.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
